OFFICIAL NOTICE: Battle River - Crowfoot Conservative AGM 2021
Each year the local Conservative Party of Canada association for the Constituency of Battle River-Crowfoot holds an Annual General Meeting. You are invited to join us for this years AGM that will be held virtually (via ZOOM) on April 17th. This years AGM will feature an update from our Member of Parliament Damien C. Kurek, a report on election readiness, director elections, and more!

Date: Saturday, April 17th, 2021
Time: 10:00 A.M. MST
Location: ZOOM (A link to the meeting will be sent to registered participants after registration closes on April 14th at 5:00 PM MST)

Registration:
As per the EDA Constitution, members wishing to participate must RSVP no later than 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 14th. Register here: https://www.battleriver-crowfoot.ca/agm_2021
The following business will be conducted:
- Report by the president on behalf of the board of directors
- Report from our Member of Parliament
- Presentation of financial statements
- Election of directors
- Presentation of the election readiness plan
- and more!
Members wishing to stand for election to the board of directors must send an email to the Returning Officer at [email protected] to add their name to the ballot no later than 10:00 AM on Thursday April 15th. There are no nominations from the floor at a virtual AGM.
To be eligible to vote at the AGM an individual must:
- Have registered to attend as per the instructions above.
- Be resident in the Federal riding of Battle River -- Crowfoot and have held membership in the Conservative Party of Canada for at least 21 days prior to the meeting;
- If your membership has expired no more than 90 days prior to the meeting than you may renew online at https://www.conservative.ca/.
